Hi, I’m Leila, a reward based behavioural dog trainer based in Sudbury, Suffolk. At Point Forward, my training is all about understanding, connection, and having fun with your dog.

I pride myself on being extremely passionate about training dogs in real life environments, where learning is meaningful, practical, and truly sticks. I strongly believe that every dog needs a job to do, and I love helping owners provide fulfilling, breed specific outlets that allow their dogs to thrive.

I work with puppies, adult dogs, and those facing challenges such as fear, aggression, reactivity and resource guarding. Using kind, reward based methods, I adapt every session to the dog in front of me, helping them learn safer, more confident ways to navigate the world.

Whether you’re building the foundations with a puppy, improving everyday training with an adult dog, or addressing complex behaviour challenges, I provide practical, empathetic guidance to support both dogs and their owners in creating strong, lifelong bonds.
